In Commercial Contracts and possibly other instances, proposals in U.S. dollars and English may be required where 52.215-1 would not be included in the solicitation. Include the following provision in solicitations when, in the contracting officer's judgment, it is necessary to specify that offers be submitted in the English language and in U.S. currency.
